Set up your Strat with the very best. This Fender American Professional II Stratocaster Neck has been hewn from high-grade maple, finished with a Deep-C carve and comes with full Fender USA quality assurance. Whether you're busy with a self-build project or refurbishing an old model, the butter-smooth feel of the Super-Natural satin-gloss lacquer; the sonic bite of the maple fretboard; the comfy playability of twenty-two Narrow-Tall frets and the enhanced grip and accuracy of a 9.5 inch fretboard radius offer a more-than-solid upgrade. To ease installation, the American Professional II Stratocaster Neck comes pre-drilled with neck-bolt and machine head bore holes.

The quality and setup of the neck I can put into essentially one word “Spot-on”
There was one issue, which , if I didn’t have another neck to swap with, may have caused me to ask for a return – the neck I received is finished with a Vintage Tint, and none of the photos (or the description) in the adverts have a Vintage Tint – The neck on my MIM strat is extremely similar to the one in the photo, 22 frets and the right colour !
As I was putting together a Clapton Brownie Style Strat (2 tone sunburst) then the Vintage Tint was too much in the way of colour – I also had a set of Fender Short Locking Tuners for the new neck, and because of that my Blue MIM strat no longer requires a string tree (and as it is my Floyd Guitar, and the other has the trem decked) that has totally turned a slight frown upside down !!!
